Developing Telepathy: Tips & Exercises

Telepathy—the art of mind-to-mind communication—begins with trust. Find a partner who’s also curious about psychic practice. Sit facing each other, eyes closed. Agree that one will send a simple image—like a circle, a tree, or a number—while the other receives. The sender visualizes the symbol clearly, repeating it mentally for two minutes. The receiver, meanwhile, holds an open mind, observing any impressions—colors, shapes, or emotions—that arise. After the time is up, share and compare. Celebrate accurate matches; discuss mismatches as learning opportunities. Solo exercises also build skill: hold a small object, study it visually, then place it under a cloth. Try to “see” it through the cloth. Record any accurate attributes. Pair these drills with breathing exercises to maintain mental clarity. As your confidence grows, challenge yourselves with more complex symbols or emotions. Telepathy may sound mystical, but like any language, it flourishes through practice and mutual respect.
